You’ll be helping patients through some of the lowest and darkest points of their lives. You’ll then be in a position to help patients reclaim their lives. You’ll witness firsthand the impact Ideal Option makes in communities across the nation. Additional responsibilities include:</p><p><br></p><p>• Monitor patient chart activity in eCW for locking and co-signing charts by provider</p><p>• In office assessments of patients to determine appropriateness of office-based buprenorphine therapy</p><p>• Obtain History of present illness, past medical history, current medications and allergies</p><p>• Perform review of systems</p><p>• Perform complete physical examinations</p><p>• Establish diagnosis and develop appropriate plans for treatment</p><p>• Refer patients for appropriate counseling</p><p>• Daily co-sign patient charts</p><p>• Induction of patients onto buprenorphine</p><p>• Assess for any immediate negative side effects</p><p>• Follow up and Maintenance Evaluations</p><p>• Follow up recently induced patients to determine current state on buprenorphine</p><p>• Perform clinical evaluations of patients on an ongoing and periodic basis to be determined by physician</p><p>• Obtain and interpret appropriate lab data</p><p>• Follows appropriate guidelines and use of telehealth communications with each patient and office</p>",
