(Primarily relationship-driven accounts with solid feedback)</li>\n <li>Perform thorough reference checks</li>\n <li>Negotiate pay rates</li>\n <li>Interact with and attend client meetings</li>\n <li>Interact with our compliance team which handles on-boarding therefore freeing up your time to stay more focused on recruiting and building your candidate pipeline!</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Recruiter Minimum Requirements:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Strong attitude, aptitude, passion and experience</li>\n <li>3+ years of recruiting experience for government, aerospace, and defense positions</li>\n <li>Proven track record</li>\n <li>Competitive, energetic and self-motivated professional with excellent interpersonal skills</li>\n <li>Excellent interpersonal skills including strong self-motivation, focus and passion for recruiting A-player professionals</li>\n <li>Ability to multi-task, problem solve and assist Account Executives in managing client relationships</li>\n <li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills</li>\n <li>Strong desire to generate client tips and new business for sales team</li>\n <li>Strong time management and organizational skills</li>\n <li>Strong interest in following a career path to become an Account Executive</li>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree preferred</li>\n</ul>",
