You will partner closely with hiring managers, HRBPs, and business leaders to deliver talent strategies that support growth, innovation, and business performance.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li><strong>End-to-End Recruitment Ownership</strong> – Manage the full lifecycle recruiting process across one of the following talent segments:</li></ul><p><strong>News/Media</strong></p><ul><li>Journalists, Reporters, Editors, Analysts, and Editorial Leadership</li><li>Producers, Coordinating Producers, Field Producers, Booking Producers, and Production Operations teams</li><li>Digital Media, Audience Growth, Social Media, Community Engagement, and Content Strategy professionals</li><li>Direct-to-Consumer (DTC), Subscriber Growth, Partnerships, and Media Operations talent</li></ul><p><strong>Digital Platforms and Ventures (DPV)</strong></p><ul><li>Software Engineering, Product Management, Data, AI/ML, UX/UI, and Technical Leadership roles</li><li>Growth Marketing, Business Development, Customer Success, Partnerships, and Operations professionals</li><li>Corporate and business support functions within high-growth digital and technology businesses</li></ul><p>&#xa0;</p><ul><li><strong>Strategic Talent Consulting</strong> – Partner with business leaders and HR to develop recruiting strategies aligned with business priorities and hiring goals.</li><li><strong>Candidate Sourcing &amp; Engagement</strong> – Build proactive talent pipelines and execute sourcing strategies that attract top talent in competitive markets.</li><li><strong>Stakeholder Partnership</strong> – Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing talent market insights, interview guidance, and recruiting expertise throughout the hiring process.</li></ul><p>&#xa0;</p>",
