          "text": "<p><strong>Union</strong>: Non-Union&#xa0;<br>\n<strong>Number of vacancies:</strong>&#xa0;1<br>\n<strong>New or Replacement Position:&#xa0;</strong>Replacement<br>\n<strong>Site</strong>: Toronto General Hospital; There is occasional travel associated with this position between UHN hospital sites in the downtown Toronto core&#xa0;<br>\n<strong>Department</strong>: UHN Data &amp; Analytics&#xa0;<br>\n<strong>Reports to</strong>: Manager, UHN Data &amp; Analytics&#xa0;<br>\n<strong>Salary Range:</strong>&#xa0;$98,728 - $148,102 per annum&#xa0;<br>\n<strong>Hours</strong>: 37.5 hours per week<br>\n<strong>Status</strong>: Permanent Full-Time<br>\n<strong>Closing Date</strong>: June 9, 2026</p><p><strong>Position Summary&#xa0;</strong></p><p>UHN Data &amp; Analytics supports UHN’s growing demand for data and data-driven insights, and helps TeamUHN ensure the needs of the patients come first.  Our collective goal is to enable UHN in transformative, measurable and data-informed healthcare improvement.&#xa0;</p><p>Within UHN Data &amp; Analytics, the Data Strategy, Governance &amp; Analytics Team seeks to improve UHN’s understanding of its data as a competitive differentiator, and enable UHN to become a data-driven and insight-enabled learning health system that effectively manages and drives value from its data assets.&#xa0;<br>\n&#xa0;<br>\nThe Team is also responsible for establishing organizational data governance, advancing data literacy, and enabling UHN to develop advanced analytical capabilities that inform and support its strategic pursuits in care, discovery, and learning.&#xa0;</p><p>The Project Manager plays a critical role in implementing strategic initiatives that unlock the value of UHN's data assets, with a focus on policy development, process standardization and improvement, and regulatory compliance.</p><p><strong>Duties&#xa0;</strong></p><ul><li>Independently lead multiple, concurrent projects of broad scope and high complexity from initiation to close-out, including effective planning, business case development, requirements gathering, workflow mapping, schedule, budget, and issue tracking, risk mitigation, resource utilization, and benefits realization.&#xa0;</li><li>Act as the central point of accountability for all project-related items and functions.&#xa0;</li><li>Establish project governance to drive independent decision-making with appropriate input and timely escalation.&#xa0;</li><li>Lead organization-wide change through comprehensive stakeholder management.&#xa0;</li><li>Facilitate a collaborative environment with executive leadership, program team(s), external vendors/contractors, and clinical/functional/business/technical stakeholders.&#xa0;</li><li>Integrate emerging trends and subject matter expertise to creatively deliver impactful and innovative solutions.&#xa0;</li><li>Produce high quality documentation and deliverables as per project management and departmental best practices and standards.&#xa0;</li><li>Explain complex concepts to diverse audiences.&#xa0;</li><li>Supervise multiple cross-functional project team members as needed.&#xa0;</li></ul>",

          "text": "<ul><li>An Undergraduate Degree in Health Informatics, Industrial Engineering, Business, or a related field&#xa0;</li><li>Project Management certification (e.g. PMP)&#xa0;</li><li>5+ years of progressive responsibility working in project management, and leading organizational change-related initiatives (people, culture, behaviour, data, process, and/or technology)&#xa0;</li><li>Solid understanding of project management life cycle, documentation, techniques, and best practices.&#xa0;</li><li>Strong interpersonal skills and ability to effectively communicate and influence all levels of the organization.</li><li>Experience with projects focused on policy development, process standardization, process improvement, and/or regulatory compliance.&#xa0;</li><li>Self-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment with high workload.&#xa0;</li><li>Advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Visio, Project, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and SharePoint)&#xa0;</li><li>A Master’s degree in a relevant discipline such as Health Science, Healthcare Administration or Business Administration, or equivalent combination of education and experience considered an asset&#xa0;</li><li>Change management certification (e.g. Prosci) considered an asset&#xa0;</li><li>Knowledge of trends and frameworks in data &amp; analytics considered an asset&#xa0;</li><li>Experience working in a complex, public sector organization or healthcare institution considered an asset&#xa0;</li></ul>",
