          "text": "<p><strong>Position: </strong><strong>Lead Guidewire Production Support – PolicyCenter</strong></p><p><strong>Remote</strong></p><p><strong>Job Description:</strong></p><p>We are seeking a Lead Guidewire Production Support – PolicyCenter professional with strong Personal Lines, SQL, and Guidewire PolicyCenter Production Support experience. The ideal candidate will lead and provide hands-on L2/L3 production support, perform root cause analysis (RCA), troubleshoot complex production issues, and ensure application stability and operational excellence in a Guidewire Cloud environment. Strong experience supporting PolicyCenter applications, coordinating cross-functional teams, and driving timely issue resolution is required.</p><p>&#xa0;</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><p>7–10+ years of IT experience with strong expertise in Guidewire Production Support and Application Support</p><p>Hands-on experience supporting Guidewire PolicyCenter with strong knowledge of Gosu, PCF, RuleSets, Validations, and configuration troubleshooting</p><p>Strong experience providing and leading L2/L3 Production Support for PolicyCenter applications</p><p>Strong Personal Lines insurance experience is required</p><p>Strong SQL expertise for data analysis, troubleshooting, debugging, root cause analysis (RCA), and production issue resolution</p><p>Experience monitoring application health, logs, integrations, batch jobs, and system performance in production environments</p><p>Ability to lead offshore/onshore support teams, coordinate incident triage calls, and drive issue resolution across L1, L2, and L3 support teams</p><p>Experience supporting production releases, deployments, post-production validations, and change management activities</p><p>Collaborate with Development, QA, Infrastructure, and Business teams to ensure timely issue resolution and continuous improvement</p><p>Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with excellent analytical, leadership, troubleshooting, and communication skills</p><p>Guidewire Cloud experience and/or Guidewire Cloud Certification is highly preferred</p><p>&#xa0;</p><p>&#xa0;</p><p>&#xa0;</p><p><strong>Regards,</strong></p><p><strong>&#xa0;</strong></p><p><strong>Manoj Goud</strong></p><p><strong>Derex Technologies INC</strong></p><p><strong>Contact : </strong><strong>973-834-5005 </strong><strong>Ext 206</strong></p>",
