    "description_html": "<u><strong>Building Inspector</strong></u><br><br><strong>Position Overview</strong><br>KEITH is seeking an experienced Building Inspector to support a large-scale aviation project at Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport (FLL). This role will serve as the owner’s on-site representative for inspection activities, ensuring construction work is performed in accordance with approved plans, specifications, and applicable codes while maintaining the highest standards of quality and compliance.<p><br><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Serve as the on-site liaison between the contractor, design team, and owner for all inspection-related activities.</li><li>Observe and inspect all phases of construction including site work, structural systems, architectural elements, MEP installations, and finishes.</li><li>Ensure contractor compliance with approved drawings, specifications, building codes, and regulatory requirements.</li><li>Monitor construction progress and identify any deviations, deficiencies, or potential risks.</li><li>Maintain accurate and detailed records including daily inspection reports, logs, photographs, and as-built documentation.</li><li>Assist in resolving field issues, coordinating with contractors and design professionals to address RFIs and non-conformance items.</li><li>Support punch list development, final inspections, and project closeout activities.</li><li>Promote adherence to safety standards and quality control procedures on-site.</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>8+ years of experience in construction inspection, building inspection, or related field services.</li><li>Strong experience on large-scale, multi-phase construction projects, preferably within aviation, transportation, or public infrastructure.</li><li>Solid understanding of construction practices, materials, and applicable building codes and standards.</li><li>Proven ability to read and interpret construction plans, specifications, and contract documents.</li><li>Demonstrated expertise in construction observation, field coordination, and QA/QC practices.</li><li>Strong communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Familiarity with FAA and airport authority standards a plus.</li><li>Ability to effectively coordinate with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced construction environment.</li></ul><p><strong>We offer competitive benefits, including:</strong></p><ul><li>100% PAID Medical, Dental, and Vision</li><li>Employer matched 401K - 100% vested from day one of contribution!</li><li>Paid parental leave and life insurance</li><li>PTO, holidays, and more</li></ul>",
