Experience life at Crippen!</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><em>We are currently looking for a high-energy, ethical, and motivated Tax Manager to contribute to our growing and inspired team.</em></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Responsibilities for Tax Manager:</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Has mastered all criteria of Tax Senior (see Job Posting)</li>\n<li>Responsible for supervising designated staff members</li>\n<li>Serves as a liaison between Tax Staff/Tax Seniors and the Partners</li>\n<li>Assists Tax Seniors on complex areas of work</li>\n<li>Completes complex tax returns, tax research, and tax projections</li>\n<li>Reviews tax returns and other tax related projects</li>\n<li>Continues selling new services to existing clients</li>\n<li>Continues improving relationships with existing clients</li>\n<li>Works on attracting new business to the Firm</li>\n<li>Works with the Partners on in-house training programs, including CPE and other presentations</li>\n<li>Participates in civic events to project the firm’s image and attract new business</li>\n<li>Provides suggestions on ways to improve the Firm</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Requirements for Tax Manager:</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>8+ years’ experience (preferred)</li>\n<li>Bachelor’s degree in accounting required</li>\n<li>CPA in state of practice required</li>\n<li>Hardworking and positive attitude</li>\n<li>Ability and willingness to learn</li>\n<li>Adaptable, assertive, and takes initiative</li>\n<li>Strong communication and customer service skills</li>\n<li>Desire to grow within the firm</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Benefits:</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Opportunity for growth</li>\n<li>Flexible work schedule</li>\n<li>Medical, dental and vision plans</li>\n<li>Generous paid time off program.</li>\n<li>Simple Plan Contribution</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>…And more!</p>",
