Working under the supervision of a licensed Pharmacist, this position assists with prescription processing, inventory management, medication delivery coordination, and daily pharmacy operations while ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations.</p>\n\n<h2>Essential Duties &amp; Responsibilities</h2>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li>Assist pharmacists in preparing and filling prescriptions accurately and efficiently.</li>\n\t<li>Answer incoming calls and assist patients with prescription refill requests.</li>\n\t<li>Maintain prescription medication inventory, including separation and tracking of 340B and retail inventory.</li>\n\t<li>Receive, enter, and reconcile inventory from wholesalers to maintain accurate stock counts and pricing.</li>\n\t<li>Maintain prescription records and monitor medications for expiration dates.</li>\n\t<li>Coordinate and schedule medication deliveries for patients.</li>\n\t<li>Perform clerical and administrative pharmacy duties, including filing and data entry.</li>\n\t<li>Maintain a clean, organized, and safe pharmacy work environment.</li>\n\t<li>Ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations, company policies, and ethical standards.</li>\n\t<li>Deliver exceptional customer service to patients and healthcare team members.</li>\n\t<li>Attend required meetings, trainings, and in-service programs.</li>\n\t<li>Perform other duties as assigned.</li>\n</ul>\n\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li>Current California Pharmacy Technician License required.</li>\n\t<li>High School Diploma or equivalent required.</li>\n\t<li>Strong verbal and written communication skills.</li>\n\t<li>Bilingual English/Spanish or English/Punjabi preferred.</li>\n\t<li>Valid California Driver&rsquo;s License, proof of insurance, and reliable transportation required.</li>\n\t<li>Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.</li>\n\t<li>Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.</li>\n\t<li>Knowledge of pharmacy operations, inventory management, and customer service principles preferred.</li>\n</ul>\n\n<h2>Qualities &amp; Characteristics</h2>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li>Professional, dependable, and customer-focused.</li>\n\t<li>Maintains confidentiality and high ethical standards.</li>\n\t<li>Demonstrates initiative, accountability, and attention to detail.</li>\n\t<li>Positive attitude and commitment to serving diverse patient populations.</li>\n\t<li>Supports the mission and values of Ampla Health.</li>\n</ul>\n\n<h2>Working Conditions &amp; Physical Requirements</h2>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li>Primarily office and pharmacy-based environment.</li>\n\t<li>May require prolonged sitting and computer use.</li>\n\t<li>Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds.</li>\n\t<li>Must be able to communicate effectively by phone and in person.</li>\n\t<li>Requires adequate vision, hearing, and manual dexterity to perform job duties.</li>\n\t<li>Ability to operate standard office and pharmacy equipment.</li>\n</ul>\n",
