This role ensures that the organization always has access to the products it needs while considering cost controls, waste reduction, and supply chain efficiency.</p>\r\n\r\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\r\n\r\n<p>Responsibilities:&nbsp;</p>\r\n\r\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li>Maintain and update inventory records using inventory management software.</li>\r\n\t<li>Monitor inventory levels to prevent shortages and excesses.</li>\r\n\t<li>Perform regular physical inventory audits and reconcile any discrepancies.</li>\r\n\t<li>Order, receive, and document new stock, ensuring its adequate storage.</li>\r\n\t<li>Coordinate with sales and production departments to forecast future inventory needs.</li>\r\n\t<li>Implement effective inventory control methods and procedures.</li>\r\n\t<li>Identify and dispose of obsolete or damaged inventory in accordance with company policies.</li>\r\n\t<li>Prepare detailed reports on inventory operations, stock levels, and adjustments.</li>\r\n\t<li>Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and company policies.</li>\r\n\t<li>Work with the logistics team to manage shipping processes and schedules.</li>\r\n</ul>\r\n\r\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\r\n\r\n<p>Qualifications:&nbsp;</p>\r\n\r\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li>Proven experience as an Inventory Specialist or similar role.</li>\r\n\t<li>High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business administration, logistics, or a related field is a plus.</li>\r\n\t<li>Proficiency in inventory management software.</li>\r\n\t<li>Strong organizational and time-management skills.</li>\r\n\t<li>Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.</li>\r\n\t<li>Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.</li>\r\n\t<li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li>\r\n\t<li>Knowledge of supply chain procedures.</li>\r\n</ul>\r\n\r\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\r\n\r\n<p>We offer competitive pay, comprehensive health benefits, 401(k) with company match, and a supportive work environment where innovation and teamwork thrive.
