What we’re looking for New Build 2 | Valley Pallet Supply Chain Services Role Overview & Responsibilities Build pallets that vary in size using recycled or new lumber. Perform build with precision to provide consistent quality of all pallets. Operate and maintain multiple types of small and large equipment. Deliver on or exceed the daily production requirements. Identify and understand types and grades of pallets Evaluate pallets to ensure they meet PLA standards. Maintain a clean workspace, reducing accidents, and ensuring compliance Escalate technical and process issues to leadership Foster exceptional and collaborative partnerships with facility staff. Perform other duties as assigned. What you'll need 6+ months of related experience.
