font-weight: 600\">WHAT DOES THIS POSITION DO FOR CCO?</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: 300\">Be a leading character in developing and executing the strategy and vision for CCO’s National Development Program.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: 300\">Provide strategic input on solicitation and stewardship content, including cases for support, proposals, impact reports, acknowledgements, and grants.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: 600\">DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES?</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: 300\">We’re looking for people who:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: 300\">Demonstrated experience in fundraising, donor relations, or development work is required (MPD experience is relevant).</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: 300\">Experience with major gift work or donor portfolio management is an asset.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: 300\">Ability to communicate with conviction and clarity in mission-focused contexts is required.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: 300\">Strong relational skills rooted in accompaniment, collaboration, and discernment is required.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: 300\">Strong organizational and administrative skills; ability to manage multiple priorities is required.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;
