    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><strong>Job Summary</strong></p><p style=\"margin-bottom: 6pt;\">The Employee &amp; Business Communications Lead, working under limited supervision, is responsible for leading planning and messaging for enterprise and employee communications, including HR initiatives and select business-facing communications that affect the broader organization. This role develops communication plans, shapes enterprise-facing messaging and provides strategic communications support to HR and business leaders.
