Program Management - Local Chapter</span></p><ul><li><p><span>The Program Director manages the day-to-day operations of the MBCLP AUWCL chapter in Washington, DC, including implementing program initiatives, supporting the program&#39;s overall functioning, and coordinating major program activities, such as the local moot court competition and related events.</span></p></li><li><p><span>The Program Director builds and maintains relationships with high school and community partners, law school alumni, and other stakeholders to strengthen the program’s impact and develop culturally informed outreach strategies. Additionally, the Program Director oversees the recruitment and selection process for Marshall-Brennan teaching fellows.</span></p></li><li><p><span>The Program Director also oversees the MBCLP budget and prepares regular reports on the status of program operations and sustainability initiatives.</span></p></li></ul><p></p><p><span>2.) Program Management - National Program</span></p><ul><li><p><span>The Program Director plays a key role in supporting the Marshall-Brennan national network of MBCLP chapters by advising and collaborating with chapter directors across participating law schools, law firms, and other organizations.</span></p></li><li><p><span>The role includes coordinating the annual national moot court competition and national conference. </span></p></li><li><p><span>Additionally, in partnership with the Assistant Dean, the Program Director develops new partnerships and contributes to strategic planning for the program’s growth and development.</span></p></li></ul><p></p><p><span>3.) Student Advising</span></p><ul><li><p><span>The Program Director coordinates the teaching fellow school assignments, annual orientation program, and other social, educational, and professional development programs.</span></p></li></ul><p></p><p><span>4.)
