The role is pivotal in driving income growth, deepening donor relationships, and ensuring campaigns reflect Depaul’s values and mission.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Strategic and Campaign Development</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Design and implement an annual multi-channel Individual Giving strategy focused on donor acquisition, retention, and growth.</li>\n<li>Develop creative briefs and oversee the production of direct marketing campaigns across print, digital, social, TV, and face-to-face channels.</li>\n<li>Manage relationships with external suppliers and agencies to deliver campaigns on time and within budget.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Data and Reporting</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Oversee accurate donor data management within the CRM system, including segmentation, campaign setup, and performance tracking.</li>\n<li>Produce regular income and campaign performance reports, providing actionable insight and recommendations.</li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with GDPR and Depaul’s data protection policies.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Financial and Administrative Oversight</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Monitor campaign expenditure and income targets; ensure accurate reconciliation of donor payments.</li>\n<li>Support the financial forecasting and budget planning process for individual giving income streams.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Team and Collaboration</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Supervise day-to-day work of assigned staff, providing guidance, feedback, and support in line with Depaul’s leadership values.</li>\n<li>Work collaboratively across fundraising, communications, and service delivery teams to ensure consistent messaging and supporter engagement.<br></li>\n<li>Promote a culture of continuous improvement and learning within the Individual Giving function.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Ad Hoc and Organisational Support</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Prepare reports and briefings for senior management as required.</li>\n<li>Contribute to cross-departmental projects and represent the Individual Giving stream where appropriate.<br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Person Requirements: </span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Essential</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related discipline.</li>\n<li>Minimum two years’ experience in fundraising within the charity sector, with a focus on Individual Giving or Direct Marketing.</li>\n<li>Proven record of successfully developing and managing integrated acquisition and retention campaigns.</li>\n<li>Strong understanding of donor data analytics, segmentation, and CRM systems.</li>\n<li>Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).</li>\n<li>Effective communicator with excellent interpersonal, influencing, and presentation skills.</li>\n<li>Ability to manage multiple deadlines and projects simultaneously, maintaining attention to detail.<br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Desirable</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience supervising or managing staff, including performance management and development.</li>\n<li>Experience with Salesforce CRM tool</li>\n<li>Experience managing digital marketing or email fundraising campaigns.</li>\n<li>Familiarity with fundraising and marketing analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Power BI).<br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Notes:</span></p>\n<p>Maintain clear and secure electronic records of all work in accordance with Depaul’s data retention and information management policies. All work should reflect and reinforce Depaul’s Vision, Mission, and Values.<br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Tahoma, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Access NI </span></span></p>\n<p><span>This Post is subject to an Enhanced Access NI check.
