Hauraki Primary Health Care/Te Puna Hauora Matua o Hauraki is seeking a dedicated nurse to support the delivery of the <em>Immunising Our Tamariki</em> programme—a whānau-centred initiative contributing to the national target of 95% of tamariki fully immunised by 24 months of age.</p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">About the Role</span></p>\n<p>You’ll work across the Hauraki/Waikato region, engaging directly with whānau and communities to deliver safe, timely, and culturally responsive immunisation services. This role is vital in reducing barriers to immunisation and increasing access for tamariki Māori.
