This role is responsible for estimating project costs, managing budgets, leading project teams, and ensuring work is completed on time, within scope, and in accordance with all safety and quality standards.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Prepare accurate, competitive cost estimates and bids for road construction projects, including grading, paving, utilities, and other civil infrastructure.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Review and interpret project plans, specifications, and geotechnical reports.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Lead and manage multiple construction projects simultaneously from pre-construction through closeout.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Develop project schedules, budgets, and work plans in coordination with field staff and subcontractors.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Manage subcontractor relationships, negotiate contracts, and oversee subcontractor performance.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Monitor job costs, prepare change orders, and ensure profitability targets are met.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Serve as the primary point of contact for owners, engineers, and inspectors.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Mentor junior staff and support continuous improvement efforts.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Qualifications:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Minimum 5+ years of progressively responsible experience in heavy civil or road construction. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Proven track record of successful project delivery and cost control.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Proficiency in estimating software (such as HCSS, Bid2Win, or similar), project management tools, and Microsoft Suite.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Strong knowledge of DOT standards, specifications, and local regulations.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;
