We use the Science of ABA to implement individualized interventions that help our clients cultivate functional behaviors in a variety of settings by enhancing communication skills and teaching strategies for self-regulation.</span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: helvetica; font-weight: bold\">Overview - About the Behavior Technician Position:</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: helvetica\">Under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, the Behavior Technician or ABA Therapist role provides 1-to-1 Applied Behavioral Analysis services to children diagnosed with Autism (ASD). Therapy sessions usually run <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">3-4 hours </span>and primarily take place during after school hours in the client's home, Community, and/or at our Center.
