Our team knows our associates are our best asset, and we treat our associates as we do our members: with kindness, humility, and respect. Spanish&nbsp;Peaks&nbsp;is a private community situated on 3,500 acres nestled at 7,700 feet in stunning Big Sky, Montana. We are about 50 miles away from Bozeman, Belgrade, and West Yellowstone, MT.</span></p><p><span style=\"font-family: georgia, serif; font-size: 14px;\">&nbsp;The <strong><em>Bartender</em></strong> position will require you to interact one on one with the guests, take their orders, make cocktails utilizing company service standards, and ensure guest satisfaction. You will be responsible for maintaining an issued cash bank throughout your shift. &nbsp;You will also be actively marketing yourself and the establishment through various social media outreach and staff outings.&nbsp;</span></p><p><span style=\"font-family: georgia, serif; font-size: 14px;\"><strong><em><u>ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:</u></em></strong></span></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"font-family: georgia, serif; font-size: 14px;\">Consistently following Food &amp; Beverage sequence of service utilizing all proper procedures standardized by venue managers and chefs.</li><li style=\"font-family: georgia, serif; font-size: 14px;\">Exhibiting proper knowledge, selling techniques and service delivery of both non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages, and any menu items offered while maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the bar.</li><li style=\"font-family: georgia, serif; font-size: 14px;\">Anticipating the guests&rsquo; needs and responding appropriately with a sense of urgency.</li><li style=\"font-family: georgia, serif; font-size: 14px;\">Cleaning of all equipment, tools, and supplies and maintaining equipment in good working order while following all procedures and policies set forth by the company, division, department and County health department.</li><li style=\"font-family: georgia, serif; font-size: 14px;\">Working as a team and effectively communicating with management, bartenders and service staff to fulfill and address any issues or needs requested by guests and/or other Associates.</li></ul><p><span style=\"font-family: georgia, serif; font-size: 14px;\"><strong><em><u>&nbsp;</u></em></strong><strong><em><u>QUALIFICATIONS:&nbsp;</u></em></strong></span></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"font-family: georgia, serif; font-size: 14px;\">3 years restaurant experience and/or 2 years&rsquo; experience bartending in a similar establishment. Must have&nbsp;extensive knowledge of Spirits, Wine and Food.</li><li style=\"font-family: georgia, serif; font-size: 14px;\">Must possess a great attitude, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.</li><li style=\"font-family: georgia, serif; font-size: 14px;\">Excellent customer service skills and a&nbsp;Positive attitude&nbsp;are required.</li><li style=\"font-family: georgia, serif; font-size: 14px;\">Ability to read and write in English proficiently.</li><li style=\"font-family: georgia, serif; font-size: 14px;\">Must have basic math skills and be able to use a calculator.</li><li style=\"font-family: georgia, serif; font-size: 14px;\">Must be 21 years of age and&nbsp;possess Tips and Food Handlers cards.</li></ul><p><span style=\"font-family: georgia, serif; font-size: 14px;\"><strong><em><u>&nbsp;</u></em></strong><strong><em><u>PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:</u></em></strong></span></p><p><span style=\"font-family: georgia, serif; font-size: 14px;\">Must be able to bend, stoop, squat and stretch to fulfill tasks. Must be physically able to lift and carry heavy trays and equipment as well as delicate china and glassware. &nbsp;Up to 50 lbs. Must be physically able to walk without assistance on various surfaces for an extended period of time.
