We also provide a 401(k) savings plan, Employee Assistance Program, a tuition reimbursement program, professional development and advancement opportunities.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Join our team, be part of the solution, support evolving innovations, and help us continue providing quality products, all while being supported by strong leadership and a comprehensive and competitive benefits program.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Reports directly to the Maintenance Manager</li>\n <li>Responsible for performing duties, such as but not limited to:  \n  <ul>\n   <li>reducing maintenance costs, </li>\n   <li>improving equipment reliability through the implementation of a predictive maintenance program,</li>\n   <li> planning, coordinating and supervising corrective maintenance projects assigned by the Maintenance Manager, and</li>\n   <li>planning shutdown repairs and be responsible for the completion of capital projects</li>\n  </ul></li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Must possess a minimum of a two-year degree in engineering or related fields, preferably in mechanical or electrical engineering</li>\n <li>Must be proficient with reading blue prints and schematics</li>\n <li>Computer skills including knowledge of spreadsheets, database and word processing software</li>\n <li>Good communications skills, both verbal and written</li>\n <li>Ability to identify problems that arise and implement corrective measures</li>\n</ul>\n<p><em>Buzzi Unicem USA is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
