The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and results-driven, with a passion for recruiting and building relationships within the transportation industry.</p><p><br></p><p>Summary of Essential Job Functions</p><p>· Meet or exceed monthly hiring goals by actively recruiting owner operator.</p><p>· Make consistent outreach attempts to all applicants, with thorough documentation of each contact and application status.</p><p>· Partner with terminal managers to align recruitment efforts with local fleet needs and customer demand.</p><p>· Leverage the company’s hiring matrix and DOT standards to qualify driver applicants.</p><p>· Order and review Motor Vehicle Records (MVR), Pre-Employment Screening Program (PSP) reports</p><p>· Schedule and monitor pre-employment drug screens and DOT physicals.</p><p>· Coordinate and schedule driver orientation</p><p>· Proficient in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems.</p><p>· Knowledge of Tenstreet required</p><p>· Strong phone presence and interpersonal communication skills.</p>",
