Achieve the lowest cost with Six Sigma quality across the entire value stream.</span></p>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p><u>Job Summary:</u></p>\n<p>The CI Process Engineer is responsible for utilizing our people’s talents to produce at the pace of customer demand using optimal resources. Achieve the lowest cost with Six Sigma quality across the entire value stream.</p>\n<p><u>Essential functions of the job:</u></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Value Stream Analysis (Current and Future State Value Stream Mapping).&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Collaborate with C.I. Manager to assess the Current state of the plant’s Operations; Develop Future State vision and implementation plan.</li>\n <li>Drive multifunctional teams. · Using standard tracking and reporting systems, will prepare detailed plans, drive project performance, and assure timely completion and achievement of product / process quality and savings goals.</li>\n <li>Deliver YFIMS training modules.</li>\n <li>Support other C.I. initiatives, including best practice implementation, while striving to improve Business Metrics.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Assist in the gathering of YFIMS Assessment data. Collaborate with C.I.
