Shreveport &ndash; Bossier City is located in northwest Louisiana and is the third largest population center in the state. The area has much to offer from arts and culture to outdoor activities and festivals. Shreveport has its own food scene that boasts traditional Louisiana seafood, soul food and fine dining. &nbsp;This a beat that could have a bit of everything &ndash; breaking news, politics, crime, government and the colorful people and places that make our community a great place to be a journalist.
