    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><div><link href=\"https://static.workforcenow.adp.com/mas/mdf-components/23.14.30/styles/froala_editor.pkgd.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\">&nbsp;<link href=\"https://static.workforcenow.adp.com/mas/mdf-components/23.14.30/styles/froala_style.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\"><div class=\"fr-view\"><p id=\"isPasted\"><u>General Summary of Duties</u>:</p><p>Responsible for assisting the Executive Steward and Stewarding Department with managing and assisting with the cleaning and organizing of the Food and Beverage Outlets at the JW Marriott Nashville.&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p><u>Examples of Duties (includes but is not limited to the following)</u>:&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Operate washing machine and dries items before returning them to their proper stock location</li><li>Wash items by hand that will not fit in machine or not intended for automatic wash before drying and returning those items to their proper location</li><li>Promptly and carefully sort soiled ware so that it can be run through the dish or pot machine properly</li><li>Quickly wash all ware and replace in storage areas as designated</li><li>Keep dish machine properly cleaned and filled with water per hotel standards</li><li>Operate burnishing machine to ensure proper finish on silverware</li><li>De-tarnish and polish silver for proper appearance</li><li>Clean kettles, tilt skillets, pots and pans promptly and completely&nbsp;</li><li>Perform additional duties and projects as assigned</li></ul><p><u>Position Requirements</u>:</p><ul><li>Ability to speak, read, write and understand English</li><li>Professional demeanor appropriate for a luxury environment</li><li>Knowledge, understanding, and compliance of policies and procedures, daily memorandums, chemical labels, and other instructions</li></ul><p><u>Education</u>:</p><ul><li>High School education or equivalent preferred, but not required</li></ul><p><u>Typical Physical / Mental Demands</u>:</p><ul><li>Must be able to stand and walk for prolonged periods of time</li><li>Physical strength and stamina are essential to this position due to the high activity level</li><li>Must be able to bend, stoop, crouch</li><li>Must use hands to reach, grasp, handle, pull and push</li><li>Ability to push/pull service carts weighing up to 100 pounds</li><li>Must have good near and far vision</li><li>Must be able to hear, talk, smell</li></ul></div></div></div></div></div>\n",
