This role goes beyond hands on development and includes technical leadership, architectural input, and mentoring, while remaining a strong individual contributor.</p>\n<p>You will play a key role in ensuring our integration platform is scalable, secure, resilient, and aligned to business priorities, working closely with product, engineering, data, and operational teams.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Key Responsibilities</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Senior Level Development &amp; Architecture</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead the design and development of complex ETL pipelines using Talend (DI / ESB / Cloud)</li>\n<li>Own end to end delivery of integration solutions, from requirements through to production support</li>\n<li>Make and document technical design decisions around integration patterns, performance, and scalability</li>\n<li>Define and evolve integration standards, reusable frameworks, and best practices</li>\n<li>Review and approve integration designs and Talend jobs created by other developers</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Data &amp; Integration Ownership</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Build and maintain integrations across databases, APIs, SaaS platforms, third party providers, and legacy systems</li>\n<li>Ensure data integrity, reconciliation, and auditability, especially in regulated environments</li>\n<li>Optimise ETL jobs for performance, reliability, and high data volumes</li>\n<li>Implement robust logging, error handling, alerting, and recovery mechanisms</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Leadership &amp; Mentoring</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Act as a technical mentor for mid and junior developers</li>\n<li>Conduct code reviews and enforce quality standards</li>\n<li>Support estimation, planning, and prioritisation of integration work</li>\n<li>Be the go to technical expert for Talend and integration related topics</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Stakeholder Collaboration</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Partner with product owners, business analysts, and architects to shape integration solutions</li>\n<li>Translate business requirements into clear, scalable technical designs</li>\n<li>Support UAT and production go lives, including troubleshooting complex issues</li>\n<li>Communicate clearly with technical and non technical stakeholders</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Operations &amp; Engineering</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience contributing to integration and data architecture decisions</li>\n<li>Strong knowledge of SDLC, release management, and environment promotion</li>\n<li>Solid understanding of version control (Git) and collaborative development practices</li>\n<li>Appreciation of security, data protection, and compliance requirements (e.g. GDPR)</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Desirable / Nice to Have</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Talend Cloud and cloud native integration experience</li>\n<li>Cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, or GCP</li>\n<li>Modern data platforms (Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery, Azure Synapse)</li>\n<li>Event driven or messaging technologies (Kafka, RabbitMQ, cloud messaging services)</li>\n<li>CI/CD experience for data and integration workloads</li>\n<li>Experience in financial services, fintech, or other regulated sectors</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Soft Skills &amp;
