Currently w e are looking for a motivated Front Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and passionate about creating a welcoming and positive office environment. What you bring to the role: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Bulgarian Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail Professional appearance and positive, friendly attitude Ability to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for guests and colleagues Good business etiquette and professional manners Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a dynamic environment It would be considered an advantage if you: Have previous experience in a similar administrative role Are open-minded, energetic, and able to embrace the organizations’ c ulture Are intellectually curious, proactive, and creative in your approach to work Your expertise and qualities will be invested into those primary responsibilities: Manage incoming correspondence and communication, including emails and phone calls Schedule appointments, meetings, and coordinate calendars Support the planning and coordination of the company's social calendar, team-building activities, and internal events Perform initial processing, sorting, and distribution of incoming documents Organize and manage meeting room bookings Welcome and assist guests and visitors in a professional manner Provide administrative and office support to the team Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations and maintain an efficient working environment Would you like to join?
