Since GreenSky’s inception, nearly 6 million consumers have financed more than $50 billion of commerce using GreenSky’s real time “apply and buy” technology.</p>\n<p><strong>Position: </strong>VP, Human Resources</p>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p><strong>Location: </strong>Sandy Springs, GA/Hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days remote)</p>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p><strong>Organizational: </strong>This position is a member of the Human Resources team, reporting to the Executive VP of Human Resources</p>\n<p><strong>Overview:</strong></p>\n<p>We are seeking a strategic Vice President of Human Resources (VP of HR) to join our growing fintech organization. This leader will possess a wide-ranging generalist background in HR, with a strong focus on Talent Acquisition, Organizational Development (OD) and HR Systems. This executive role ensures the alignment of HR strategies with business objectives, fosters a culture of innovation and inclusion, and drives continuous improvement across the HR teams.</p>\n<h2>Duties & Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Lead, mentor, and develop HR team members across recruiting, talent acquisition, organizational development, and HR systems functions.</li>\n <li>Drive organizational development and leadership initiatives.</li>\n <li>Manage processes, ensuring compliance and lending change management efforts. </li>\n <li>Work collaboratively with the HRBP leader and team.</li>\n <li>Establish strong working relationships with executive leadership and cross-functional partners.</li>\n <li>Maintain compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations.</li>\n <li>Assess organizational needs and design programs to enhance team effectiveness and employee engagement.</li>\n <li>Lead change initiatives by identifying organizational gaps and implementing solutions collaboratively.</li>\n <li>Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, providing insights and recommendations on HR-related matters.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Required Skills/Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>10-12 years of comprehensive HR experience.</li>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field.</li>\n <li>Proven track record in recruiting, organizational development, and managing complex HR projects, ideally within fintech or technology-driven environments.</li>\n <li>Ability to leverage data and metrics for talent management, performance analysis, and workforce optimization.</li>\n <li>Experience with HRIS platforms and digital tools for HR operations.</li>\n <li>Comfortable with ambiguity and able to thrive in a rapidly changing environment.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> <strong>Preferred:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Experience working in the Fintech space</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Our compensation structure is designed to reflect the cost of labor across various U.S. geographic markets. The base salary for this role ranges from $170,000 per year to $230,000 per year. Compensation will be determined by several factors, including relevant knowledge, skills, and experience. This role is also eligible to receive an annual bonus within a comprehensive total rewards package, alongside a full suite of medical, dental, vision, disability insurance, life insurance, 401k retirement benefits, paid time off, paid holidays, and paid personal/sick time.
