It serves a variety of industries, such as agriculture, food packaging, and mining, and provides services like belt fabrication and motor repair.</p><p><strong>Job Summary: </strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\" data-pasted=\"true\">The Financial Analyst supports the financial performance of the business by providing analysis, reporting, and insights related to profitability, inventory, pricing, and operating efficiency. This role works closely with operations, sales, and supply chain to help drive informed decisions in a fast-paced distribution environment.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\" data-pasted=\"true\"><strong>Job Responsibilities:</strong></p><p data-pasted=\"true\"><strong>Financial Analysis &amp; Reporting</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial analysis, including variance analysis against budget and prior periods</li><li>Analyze gross margin performance by product line, customer, vendor, and branch/location</li><li>Support monthly close process through accruals, analytical reviews, and management reporting</li><li>Develop and maintain financial models to support forecasting, budgeting, and scenario analysis</li></ul><p><strong>Pricing, Margin &amp; Sales Support</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Analyze pricing, discounting, and customer profitability</li><li>Support pricing strategy by evaluating margin impact, cost changes, and competitive dynamics</li><li>Assist sales leadership with customer and contract profitability analysis</li><li>Track and report on sales performance, rebates, commissions, and incentive programs</li></ul><p><strong>Inventory &amp; Working Capital</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Analyze inventory turns, excess and obsolete inventory, and slow-moving items</li><li>Partner with supply chain and operations to improve inventory efficiency and cash flow</li><li>Monitor purchasing trends and vendor cost changes</li><li>Support inventory reserve calculations and cycle count analysis</li></ul><p><strong>Operational &amp; Strategic Support</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Provide financial insights for capital investments, warehouse initiatives, and process improvements</li><li>Support branch or location-level P&amp;L analysis</li><li>Assist with ad hoc analysis related to acquisitions, integrations, or system implementations</li><li>Help improve reporting tools, dashboards, and financial processes</li></ul><p><strong>Systems &amp;
