          "text": "<p><em>The Global Manager – IT Infrastructure provides strategic and operational leadership for Pyrotek’s global IT infrastructure environment. This role leads infrastructure modernization, cybersecurity initiatives, cloud strategy, and operational excellence across a global manufacturing footprint.</em></p><p><em>The ideal candidate brings strong technical leadership, experience managing global teams, and the ability to build scalable, secure, and reliable infrastructure solutions that support business growth.</em></p><p>We believe great work happens through collaboration, flexibility, and accountability. This role follows a hybrid work schedule with <strong>3 days in-office and 2 days remote</strong>. <strong>*</strong> <em>More in office days may be required for special projects, training and onboarding.&#xa0; Subject to change at leadership discretion.</em></p><p><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></p><ul><li>Lead global IT infrastructure strategy and execution</li><li>Oversee hybrid cloud environments across Azure, AWS, and GCP</li><li>Drive infrastructure modernization, automation, and standardization initiatives</li><li>Manage global networking, servers, storage, and data center operations</li><li>Strengthen cybersecurity posture and support Zero Trust architecture</li><li>Lead disaster recovery and business continuity planning</li><li>Implement Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible, etc.)</li><li>Manage infrastructure budgets, vendors, contracts, and SLAs</li><li>Develop global standards, governance, and compliance practices</li><li>Lead and develop distributed infrastructure teams and external partners</li><li>Support 24/7 manufacturing and business operations worldwide</li></ul><p><strong>What Makes You Successful</strong></p><ul><li>Strong leadership and communication skills</li><li>Strategic thinker with hands-on technical depth</li><li>Ability to lead change and modernization initiatives</li><li>Experience building high-performing global teams</li><li>Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills</li><li>Comfortable working in a fast-paced, matrixed environment</li></ul>",
