The ideal candidate will have a moderate understanding of general fabrication processes and be comfortable working under close supervision.<br><br><u><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></u></p><ul><li>Performs general manual labor tasks including loading, unloading, lifting and moving materials</li><li>Assists a variety of functions across departments with manual labor as needed</li><li>Operates forklifts and other material handling equipment in a safe and efficient manner</li><li>Supports shipping, receiving, and inventory processes</li><li>Maintains a clean and organized work area</li><li>Follows safety protocols and company procedures at all times</li><li>Assists with basic fabrication tasks as needed</li><li>Works under the close direction of senior personnel in the functional area</li><li>Participates in routine equipment inspections and reports maintenance needs</li></ul><h3><u><strong>Qualifications:</strong></u></h3><ul><li>High school diploma or GED preferred</li><li>Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)</li><li>Prior forklift operation or general labor experience preferred</li><li>Moderate understanding of general fabrication or warehouse processes</li><li>Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly</li><li>Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and reliability</li><li>Effective communication and teamwork skills</li><li>Willingness to follow directions and ask questions when unsure</li></ul>",
