This role is ideal for someone who is service-oriented, professional, and passionate about the game of golf and luxury hospitality.</p><p>As a key member of the Golf Operations team, the Golf Shop Attendant supports the daily operations of the Golf Shop while creating a welcoming and seamless experience for all patrons. Responsibilities include assisting with tee times, merchandise sales, member services, and maintaining the overall presentation and organization of the Golf Shop.</p><p><strong>What You Do:</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li>Greet and welcome members and guests in a warm, professional manner.</li><li>Answer incoming phone calls promptly and assist with tee times, club information, and general inquiries.</li><li>Coordinate tee time reservations and efficiently manage player check-in procedures.</li><li>Process member and guest charges accurately while following established procedures.</li><li>Assist with receiving, organizing, displaying, and selling Golf Shop merchandise.</li><li>Maintain attractive and organized merchandise displays, highlighting seasonal and featured items.</li><li>Handle customer special orders and ensure timely follow-up and fulfillment.</li><li>Support Golf Shop promotions, events, and monthly inventory activities.</li><li>Collaborate with the Golf Professional team to enhance the member and guest experience.</li><li>Maintain cleanliness, organization, and presentation standards throughout the Golf Shop.</li><li>Uphold a polished and professional appearance while representing The Seagate Golf Club.</li><li>Perform additional duties and projects as assigned.</li></ul><p><strong>What You Bring to the Table:</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li>Friendly, outgoing, and service-focused personality with a passion for hospitality.</li><li>Knowledge of the game of golf and golf course operations preferred.</li><li>Previous retail or golf shop experience preferred.</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage professionally with members and guests.</li><li>Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Basic computer skills required for point-of-sale systems and inventory management.</li><li>Must possess a valid driver&rsquo;s license.</li><li>Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to grooming and uniform standards.</li><li>Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift.</li><li>Ability to frequently lift up to 10 lbs. and occasionally up to 25 lbs.</li><li>Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, holidays, and extended hours as business levels require.</li><li>Ability to perform repetitive motions including bending, reaching, and computer entry.</li></ul>\n",
