Overview The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for leading a millwright team with a focus on execution excellence, workforce development, and consistent performance. Establishes clear standards for how work is executed, builds team capability, and drives accountability across all shifts to support a high-performing, state-of-the-art sawmill.
