The successful candidate will own end-to-end delivery across enterprise programmes.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead end-to-end delivery of Salesforce implementation programmes</li>\n<li>Run Agile, SAFe, or Waterfall methodologies depending on project needs</li>\n<li>Facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily scrums, sprint planning, retrospectives and backlog refinement</li>\n<li>Manage project plans, risks, issues and dependencies</li>\n<li>Lead SteerCo governance sessions</li>\n<li>Manage scope and change control</li>\n<li>Drive delivery against timelines, budget and quality</li>\n<li>Coordinate cross-functional teams</li>\n<li>Manage client relationships and stakeholder engagement</li>\n<li>Use Jira and Confluence for planning, tracking and documentation</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Required Experience</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>5–10+ years Project Management experience</li>\n<li>Salesforce implementation experience (Sales, Service, FSC, OmniStudio)</li>\n<li>Financial Services experience (Banking or Insurance)</li>\n<li>Enterprise client exposure (Standard Bank, ABSA, Capitec or similar)</li>\n<li>End-to-end delivery ownership</li>\n<li>Experience with Agile and Waterfall delivery</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Skills and Competencies</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Salesforce delivery lifecycle knowledge</li>\n<li>Agile / Scrum / SAFe expertise</li>\n<li>Strong stakeholder management</li>\n<li>Integration and API understanding</li>\n<li>Problem-solving and decision-making</li>\n<li>Jira and Confluence proficiency</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Commercial Expectations</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Operate with a strong consulting mindset focused on billability, utilization, and revenue contribution</li>\n<li>Understand and manage project financials including burn rate, margin, and recovery</li>\n<li>Drive efficient delivery to maximize utilization and minimize non-billable time</li>\n<li>Support identification of upsell and extension opportunities within client accounts</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Governance &amp; SteerCo Alignment</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead and facilitate monthly internal and external SteerCo sessions</li>\n<li>Ensure all project changes, risks, and deviations are formally documented and approved</li>\n<li>Maintain full visibility of project health through RAID logs and structured reporting</li>\n<li>Align delivery governance with BlueSky Delivery Office standards and frameworks</li>\n<li>Ensure all projects produce CSAT feedback and case studies post-delivery</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Onboarding &amp; Delivery Expectations</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ability to onboard into new client environments and projects within 2 weeks</li>\n<li>Rapidly understand client context, delivery status, and key risks</li>\n<li>Take ownership of delivery with minimal ramp-up time</li>\n<li>Establish credibility quickly with client stakeholders and delivery teams</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Contract Terms</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Contract duration will typically range from 6 to 12 months, depending on client requirements and programme scope</li>\n<li>Extensions may be considered based on performance and client demand</li>\n</ul>",
