At ENFRA, stability, innovation, and growth are more than just values—they are the pillars of our continued success.</p>\n<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>The Mechanical Designer II will design HVAC systems, components, or assemblies using engineering principles.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Works closely with project managers to create unique high-level concepts and designs for all assigned projects.</li>\n <li>Works closely with the creative team to ensure the successful execution of goals of all assigned projects.</li>\n <li>Influences stylistic direction for projects.</li>\n <li>Delivers concepts and designs according to strict project deadlines.</li>\n <li>Contributes to all areas of the creative process and department.</li>\n <li>Performs work under direct supervision.</li>\n <li>Handles basic issues and problems and refers more complex issues to higher-level staff.</li>\n <li>May provide leadership, coaching, and/or mentoring to a subordinate group.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<h4>Required Education, Experience, and Qualifications</h4>\n<ul>\n <li>2-4 years' design experience</li>\n <li>Proficiency in AutoCAD and REVIT</li>\n <li>Strong technical skills</li>\n <li>Effective oral and written communications skills</li>\n <li>Vision and Creativity</li>\n <li>Ability to meet deadlines</li>\n <li>Planning skills</li>\n <li>Possesses beginning to working knowledge of the subject matter.</li>\n <li>Detail-oriented and willing to tackle various ongoing projects in a fast-paced environment.</li>\n <li>Excellent multitasking skills, with the ability to perform duties outside of the scope of work when necessary.</li>\n</ul>\n<h4>Preferred Education, Experience, and Qualifications</h4>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor's degree</li>\n</ul>\n<h4>Travel Requirements</h4>\n<ul>\n <li>5-10% of time will be spent traveling to job site(s)/office location.</li>\n</ul>\n<h4>Physical/Work Environment Requirements</h4>\n<ul>\n <li>Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.</li>\n <li>Climbing stairs.</li>\n <li>Remaining in a stationary position, often kneeling, standing or sitting for prolonged periods.</li>\n <li>Repeating motions that may include the wrists, hands and/or fingers.</li>\n <li>Quiet environment.</li>\n <li>Light work that includes adjusting and/or moving objects up to 20 pounds.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Pay Range</h2>USD $27.92 - USD $37.29 /Hr.\n<h2></h2>\n<p>ENFRA is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer of Minorities, Women, Protected Veterans, and Individuals with Disabilities, and participates in the e-Verify program.
