The candidate will be involved with all types of planning, design, and specialty services related to public and private drinking water, wastewater, reclaimed water, and stormwater projects.           "text": "<p>At a minimum, the successful candidate must have the following qualifications.</p><ul><li>A bachelor of science degree in civil, environmental, or a related engineering field</li><li>Experience with municipal and private clients in Florida</li><li>Approximately 15+&#xa0;years of technical experience</li><li>Professional engineer license in Florida or ability to obtain license within 6 months of start date</li><li>Project experience including successful delivery of civil engineering planning studies, designs, and construction documents.</li></ul><p><strong>Additional preferred qualifications include the following:</strong></p><ul><li>Experience in providing engineering services in Hillsborough, Manatee, Pinellas, and Sarasota Counties</li><li>Familiarity with development and design processes that are specific to Tampa Bay Area Counties</li><li>Regulatory/permitting submittals and processing</li><li>Technical writing</li><li>Client interface and communications</li><li>Drinking water, wastewater, and/or reclaimed water design experience</li><li>Practical application of various hydrology/hydraulics software (e.g. ICPR, InfoWater, WaterCAD, etc.)</li><li>Experience in developing and guiding construction plan package preparation</li><li>Experience with AutoCAD, Autodesk Civil 3D, and ArcGIS.</li></ul>",
