Responsible for ensuring the cleaning and maintaining of assigned property is completed according to contractual specifications.</p>\n<h2>What you’ll do as an Exceptional Team Member</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Maintain all payroll records, performance documents and disciplinary actions</li>\n <li>Assign tasks to workers based on job requirements or special assignments</li>\n <li>Perform quality control to conform with Harvard and customer standards</li>\n <li>Train new and existing staff on proper cleaning techniques</li>\n <li>Ensure proper safety equipment and techniques are utilized and adhered to</li>\n <li>Order and issue supplies and equipment</li>\n <li>Responds to customer issues and escalates as necessary</li>\n <li>Responsible for general equipment maintenance</li>\n <li>Manage projects and special assignment as requested</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>What you’ll need to be an Extraordinary Team Member</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the cleaning/janitorial field</li>\n <li>Previous Supervisory experience preferred</li>\n <li>Valid state driver’s license</li>\n <li>Must be able to communicate in English</li>\n <li>Must be able to write basic business documents</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Physical Demands and Work Environment:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Hold professional conversations with clients, subordinates, and colleagues</li>\n <li>Operate all basic office technology</li>\n <li>Ability to conduct face-to-face discussions with individuals or groups at all professional levels</li>\n <li>Work in close proximity to others</li>\n <li>Work outdoors in all changing weather condition in geographical area</li>\n <li>Standing and/or walking, sitting, stooping, or kneeling</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>The Harvard Promise</h2>\n<p>Join our team of Extraordinary People committed to delivering Exceptional Service.
