This program offers residential treatment, partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient, day care services for children under 12, individual and group therapy, case management, peer support services, psychiatry and medicated assisted treatment.</p>\r\n\r\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\r\n\r\n<p><span style=\"font-size:16px;\"><strong>What You&#39;ll Do</strong></span></p>\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li>Monitors clients in a safe environment, performing and documenting client safety rounds. This includes ADL monitoring and coaching (i.e. life skills, communication skills, community integration, etc.).</li>\r\n\t<li>Facilitates structured activities with clients in accordance with their goals and treatment plan.</li>\r\n\t<li>Demonstrates culturally competent respect for all clients, guests and staff through verbal and non-verbal behaviors and assists them as needed.</li>\r\n\t<li>Maintains cleanliness of the program space.</li>\r\n\t<li>Safeguards Protected Health Information (written and electronically) and maintains confidentiality. This may include providing written documentation, scanning and/or uploading records into the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system. This may also include requesting and/or releasing client information or medical records.</li>\r\n</ul>\r\n\r\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\r\n\r\n<p><span style=\"font-size:16px;\"><strong>Requirements of the Position</strong></span></p>\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li>Availability to work a <strong>Part-Time schedule (32&nbsp;hours per week) Friday &amp; Saturday - Midnight to 8:30am;</strong> all new hires are required to attend a <strong>one-week&nbsp;ReDiscover orientation</strong> as part of the onboarding process.</li>\r\n\t<li>High School Diploma or GED.</li>\r\n\t<li>A valid Missouri Class E automobile operator&rsquo;s license (or equivalent license in another state).</li>\r\n\t<li>Must carry all appropriate insurance on the vehicle being driven, necessary to comply with Missouri or Kansas State Law.</li>\r\n\t<li>Working knowledge of mental illness and substance use disorders preferred.</li>\r\n\t<li>Excellent customer service skills with a recovery focus.</li>\r\n\t<li>Strong written, oral and interpersonal communication skills.</li>\r\n\t<li>Intermediate computer skills in typing/keyboarding, Microsoft Word and Excel programs as well as the use of email.</li>\r\n</ul>\r\n\r\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\r\n\r\n<p><span style=\"font-size:16px;\"><strong>Grow With Us</strong></span></p>\r\n\r\n<p>We&rsquo;re committed to your professional development and will support your growth as a Counselor Technician through training, collaboration, and meaningful work.</p>\r\n\r\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\r\n\r\n<p><strong>Ready to join a team that&rsquo;s passionate about people?
