      "text": "WHAT YOU WILL DO:",
      "content": "<li><b>Conduct Quality Control Testing:</b></li><li>Perform chemical and physical laboratory tests to determine if materials meet quality specifications.</li><li>Evaluate raw materials, in-process goods, and finished products for compliance with company and state specifications.</li><li>Perform QC sampling of materials and products.</li><li>Conduct routine quantitative HPLC analysis on a variety of sample matrices.&nbsp; This includes sample preparation, system calibration, maintenance, and troubleshooting.</li><li>Perform microbial detection by qPCR, including sample preparation using aseptic techniques.</li><li>Conduct Hop Latent Viroid (HLVd) detection by RT-PCR Lamp and qPCR technology, including plant root sample collection and preparation using aseptic techniques.</li><li>Perform water microbiological analysis, including water collection, preparation, and analysis utilizing Petrifilm microbial testing.</li><li>Perform QC flower inspection utilizing handheld digital microscope, moisture content analyzer, and water activity meter.</li><li><b>Environmental Monitoring:</b></li><li>Conduct semi-quantitative microbial assessments via surface and settle plate sampling.</li><li>Identify and subculture microorganisms; arrange for speciation of unidentified strains.</li><li>Perform ATP swab testing for surface cleanliness.</li><li>Monitor and record facility environmental conditions.</li><li><b>Daily Verifications:</b></li><li>Confirm and verify that all cultivation, processing, packaging, and manufacturing SOPs are being followed; responsibilities are being conducted; documented and up to date.</li><li>Perform daily in-process verifications.</li><li>Communicate issues, report findings, and follow-up on corrective actions.</li><li><b>Laboratory Operations and Maintenance:</b></li><li>Prepare and/or standardize solutions for testing.</li><li>Maintain stock of laboratory supplies and chemicals.</li><li>Keep accurate logbook records of testing analysis, inspection of raw materials and products and material retains, as well as other records as required.</li><li>Perform routine instrument calibration, maintenance and minor repairs.</li><li>Clean glassware and refill/replace items/solutions as needed.</li><li>Store supplies and equipment and dispose of waste per state regulations.</li><li><b>Quality Assurance Support:</b></li><li>Assist in approving and releasing materials from inventory for use in facility.</li><li>Assist in the investigation of product complaints.</li><li>Manage lab documentation and support manufacturing efforts as needed.</li><li><b>Safety and Compliance:</b></li><li>Comply with established safety standards for proper use, safe handling, and disposal of harmful chemicals, substances, and hazardous wastes.</li><li>Adhere to cGMP pharmaceutical manufacturing practices.</li><li>Regular attendance is required.</li><li><b>Other Duties:</b>&nbsp;</li><li>Perform other duties as required.</li>"

      "content": "<li>Must be at least 21 years of age.</li><li>Must not have been convicted of any felony offenses pursuant to state statutes.</li><li>QA/QC Experience a plus.</li><li>Knowledge of cGMP manufacturing preferred.</li><li>Minimum 1-2 years' experience in HPLC Analysis preferred.</li><li>Minimum 1-2 years’ experience conducting microbial analysis using pPCR and/or plating preferred</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Chemistry, or a related field preferred.</li>"
