Description
Key Program seeks a Residential Program Manager (Program Supervisor) for their DCF Residence program serving up to nine (9) adolescents. Manage the day-to-day operations of the program and maintain a structured, therapeutic, and trauma sensitive environment where youths can thrive. Total Compensation:
Salary: Generous starting salary range : $ 71,680 - $73,680 * *Highest end of starting salary for Master’s degree-level . Commensurate with experience, Bachelor’s degree-level has potential for starting range salary negotiation.
*Additional compensation is provided for: bilingual skills, on-call rotation stipend, extra shift rate, supervision of interns, and becoming certified to facilitate Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI) training. Opportunities exist for future annual merit-based salary increases.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in human services related field isrequired, a Master’s degree is preferred AND One to three years of prior experience with adolescent, latency, or young adult population in a residential setting. A valid driver’s license and insured vehicle for employment. Responsibilities:
Manage all areas of the residential program’s administration, youth and family services, and staff professional development and training Work collaboratively with external service providers and state partners to ensure an integrated approach to care. Promote trauma-informed and person-centered philosophies within the program to promote emotional,behavioraland psychological well-being of children/youth. Ensure youths receive quality services thatcomply withDEEC regulations and CARF accreditation standards Participate in regional on-call rotation with administrative/supervisory/clinical team.
