This position serves as a senior technical resource within the Engineering Division and manages complex transportation and infrastructure projects from planning through construction.</span></p><p style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span>The Transportation Engineer coordinates with City departments, consultants, contractors, developers, utility providers, and regulatory agencies to support safe, efficient, and sustainable transportation systems. This position provides technical leadership, manages capital improvement projects, and supports transportation planning initiatives that align with City goals and community needs.</span></p><p style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span><strong>Experience, Education, and Skills:</strong></span><br><span><strong>Minimum Requirements:</strong></span></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span>Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a closely related field.</span></li><li style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span>Current
