          "text": "<p><strong><em><u>POSITION SUMMARY</u></em>: </strong><strong>&#xa0;</strong><strong>&#xa0;</strong>In this position, the ideal candidate will commission packaging machines and systems in house, then on to our customer's site.&#xa0;</p><p><strong><em><u>ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:</u></em></strong></p><ul><li>Responsible for providing the internal and external commissioning of packaging machines (hardware and software).&#xa0; Ranging from set-ups and test runs to the fine tuning of the software and acceptance run of our complex machines.</li><li>Expert level in quickly troubleshooting and servicing machines; locating problems quickly and developing solutions with the support of the technical departments.</li><li>Leads efforts with the optimization and further development of complex packing machines.</li><li>Supports and provides instruction and training of customer personnel internally and externally as required.</li><li>Represents the company in a professional manner, acting as an ambassador for Syntegon to ensure a good working relationship with internal and external customers.</li></ul>",

          "text": "<p><strong><em><u>BASIC REQUIREMENTS</u></em></strong>;</p><ul><li>Must possess an Associate Degree in Electrical Engineering or have 2+ years of vocational training and have a minimum of 2 years of direct work experience with Syntegon model Wrapper, Robot, or Carton erector/loader/closer.</li><li>Must have a minimum of 5 years in the Packaging industry designing installing and troubleshooting PLC motion control software and hardware including experience in repair/maintenance of capital equipment or electronics such as servo drives, HMI's and programmable controllers.</li></ul><p><strong><em><u>PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:</u></em></strong></p><ul><li>Demonstrated knowledge and experience with ladder logic as well as other machine control software and hardware.</li><li>Demonstrated advanced mechanical, electrical, and software skills.</li><li>Ability to support carious software control platforms for complete packaging lines.</li><li>Proficiency in robotic vision systems, software and hardware configurations and production parameter setup.</li><li>Proficient with effectively communicate via written or verbal with all levels of personnel from production to management.</li></ul><p><strong><em><u>ADDITIONAL PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:</u></em></strong></p><ul><li>Lift up to 30 lbs. (above 30 lbs. with assistance) and work in any position for an extended period of time.</li></ul><ul><li>Work with moving parts and mechanical hazards and from elevated heights.</li></ul>",
