We are committed to innovation, quality, and excellence in the pharmaceutical industry, continuously seeking talented professionals to join our dynamic team.</p>\n<h2>Who You Are</h2>\n<p>We are seeking a detail-oriented Pharmaceutical Operator to support manufacturing operations and ensure the consistent production of high-quality pharmaceutical products in a regulated environment. This role involves equipment operation, material handling, documentation, and adherence to cGMP standards.</p>\n<h2>What You'll Do</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Dispense raw materials and components in accordance with Batch Manufacturing Records (BMRs) and SOPs.</li>\n <li>Operate blending, filling, and gel prep equipment independently and as part of a team.</li>\n <li>Set up, operate, and clean manufacturing and encapsulation machines following SOPs and cGMP guidelines.</li>\n <li>Ensure all equipment is operated safely and efficiently to maintain product quality and compliance.</li>\n <li>Assist with packaging, labeling, and material handling to support smooth production flow.</li>\n <li>Maintain accurate and complete documentation in compliance with GMP and audit requirements.</li>\n <li>Keep production areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.</li>\n <li>Perform routine in-process quality checks and accurately record production data.</li>\n <li>Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process efficiencies and reducing waste.</li>\n <li>Safely operate forklifts and other material handling equipment for movement of materials and finished goods.</li>\n <li>Follow all safety procedures related to equipment operation, material handling, and production activities.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>What You Bring</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>High school diploma or equivalent required. </li>\n <li>Minimum 1–3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or related manufacturing industry. </li>\n <li>Basic machining or equipment maintenance skills are advantageous.</li>\n <li>Strong knowledge of cGMP and SOP compliance. </li>\n <li>Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English. </li>\n <li>Strong mathematical and documentation skills.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>What We Offer</h2>\n<p><strong>Compensation:</strong> $22-$28/hour, depending on experience and qualifications</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>#IND1</p>\n<p> </p>",
