When you join our team, you become part of a company that values your contributions and invests in your success.</p><p>Discover your potential and make a lasting impact with Long Home &mdash; where your skills, ideas, and dedication drive our shared success.</p><p><strong>About the Role:</strong></p><p data-start=\"0\" data-end=\"312\" data-pasted=\"true\">The <strong data-start=\"4\" data-end=\"35\">Project Manager (Exteriors)</strong> is responsible for overseeing the successful execution of assigned exterior home improvement projects, including <strong data-start=\"149\" data-end=\"181\">roofing, windows, and siding</strong>, ensuring they are completed on schedule, in accordance with company standards, and to the highest level of customer satisfaction.</p><p data-start=\"314\" data-end=\"546\">This role manages the installation process from start to finish by coordinating and directing subcontractors, monitoring project progress, and maintaining regular communication with customers throughout the duration of each project.</p><p data-start=\"548\" data-end=\"913\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\">The Project Manager is responsible for inspecting completed work to ensure quality, consistency, and compliance with company expectations. Additionally, this role focuses on improving installation efficiency, resolving issues proactively, and ensuring each exterior project is delivered smoothly, professionally, and in alignment with company workmanship standards.</p><p data-pasted=\"true\"><strong>Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.&nbsp;</strong></p><span data-teams=\"true\" data-pasted=\"true\"><ul><li>Ensure that installers comply with company/OSHA safety policies, branding policy, uniform policy, red carpet program and dust policy.&nbsp;</li><li>Ensure that installers are uploading pictures of every job showing adherence to safety and branding policies.&nbsp;</li><li>Supervises and manages the installation process from start to finish for all assigned jobs to ensure timely installation and customer satisfaction.&nbsp;</li><li>Performs site visits and inspections to determine if installed products meet company standards and address installation or service-related concerns.&nbsp;</li><li>Take measurements for baths, roofing, windows, doors, siding, and gutters, as needed.&nbsp;</li><li>Perform product repairs to customer&rsquo;s satisfaction in a safe and efficient manner &nbsp;<br>and close services as needed.&nbsp;</li><li>Monitors jobs daily to prioritize work,&nbsp;follow up&nbsp;on tasks, and resolve urgent matters<strong>.</strong>&nbsp;</li><li>Maintains exceptionally high standards of customer contact by following the customer contact process for proactive communication and quality customer service.&nbsp;</li><li>Ensures collection of final payment &amp; completion certificate upon completion of work by informing the customer and providing the contract to account for payment processing.&nbsp;</li><li>Updates Salesforce with job status and information for each customer daily.&nbsp;</li><li>Approve installer labor invoices and additional purchase orders on assigned jobs.&nbsp;</li></ul></span><p>Requirements:</p><ul><li data-pasted=\"true\">Home exterior experience (Roofing, Windows, Siding)</li><li data-pasted=\"true\">Strong attention to detail.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks at one time in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Ability to deal with the public and clients in a friendly, positive manner to achieve customer satisfaction.</li><li>Ability to read and understand project specifications.</li><li>Demonstrated organization and time management skills, which includes the ability to multi-task; with clients, vendors, and installers.&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to effectively communicate both verbal and written in a professional and personable manner</li><li>Knowledge of construction, permit, and code requirements &ndash; from government websites and entities</li><li>Ability to learn and use new software at advanced rate.</li></ul><p><strong>Skills:</strong></p><p>As a Project Manager, you will use your skills in project coordination, project planning, project scheduling, project documentation, and project administration on a daily basis. You will also need to have a strong understanding of project management software and be able to effectively communicate with stakeholders.
