HockeyStack customers use this data to measure channel performance, launch cost-efficient campaigns, and prioritize the right accounts. role As a Product Designer at HockeyStack, you will be responsible for designing intuitive and visually compelling user interfaces for our products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Managers, Engineers, and other designers, to bring ideas to life while ensuring a seamless user experience. Your work will directly impact the usability and success of our products, helping our clients achieve their business goals. Key Responsibilities : Collaborate on Product Strategy : Partner with Product Managers, engineers, and stakeholders to understand user needs, business objectives, and technical constraints. Translate business requirements into actionable design solutions. User Research & Testing : Conduct user research through interviews, surveys, and usability testing to gather insights that inform design decisions. Analyze feedback and continuously iterate on designs based on findings. Design User Interfaces : Design intuitive, scalable, and aesthetically pleasing interfaces for web and mobile applications, ensuring consistency with our brand guidelines. Prototype & Iterate : Create high-fidelity prototypes and interactive mockups to communicate design concepts effectively. Iterate based on feedback from users and stakeholders. UX/UI Design : Focus on both the user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) aspects, ensuring seamless workflows and visually appealing designs across all platforms. Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with engineering teams to ensure that designs are implemented as intended and provide support during the development process. Help prioritize and manage design tasks within Agile workflows. Design Systems : Contribute to maintaining and improving the design system, ensuring consistency and scalability across the product suite. Stay Up to Date : Stay informed about industry trends, design best practices, and new tools/technologies to continually enhance the user experience. Required Skills & Qualifications : Proven experience as a Product Designer, UX/UI Designer, or similar role, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment. Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work, including web and mobile applications, with a focus on B2B products. Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar. Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices. Experience with prototyping tools (e.g., InVision, Marvel, etc.) and design systems. Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and front-end frameworks is a plus. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work well with cross-functional teams. Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and analyzing data to inform design decisions. Ability to manage multiple design projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Preferred Qualifications : Knowledge of accessibility principles and designing for diverse user needs. Familiarity with B2B SaaS product lifecycle and enterprise software solutions. Bachelor’s degree in Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
