    "description": "<p><span>SIGN ON BONUS! </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><em><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">In order to fulfill the job functions listed below an individual must meet the following minimum qualifications.</span></em></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Communicate effectively in person, on the telephone, and in writing.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Be certified as a nurse aide or be eligible for certification in the State of Michigan.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Be in good standing on the Nurse Aide Register.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Minimum of one year experience in health care field (Preferred).</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Comply with all Facility policies and procedures.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Comply with all policies and procedures as may be established by your Director.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Comply with shift standards, duties and responsibilities.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Comply with all safety, universal precautions and infection control policies and procedures.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Respect resident rights.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Ensure resident safety.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Present a friendly, calm, cooperative, positive manner.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Maintain State of Michigan nurse aide certification.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Report to the Charge Nurse on duty on the shift and floor that the Nurse Aide is working.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">On occasion may need to lift up to 40 lbs.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Prompt and regular attendance.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Listen to report, receive assignments and instructions.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Follow the nursing care plan for each resident.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Perform personal care for residents.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Assist residents during meals to include serving, dining and removing soiled articles.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Record shift information on flow sheet, restraint record, input and output and any other applicable forms.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Observe and report to supervisor resident’s physical condition, attitude, reactions, food and fluid intake and </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">elimination and any unusual observations about the resident. </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Respond to resident call lights and resident personal requests.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Perform postmortem care.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Answer telephone if the RN or the LPN is not available.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Ability to be mandated over scheduled hours up to legal limit.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Requisition supplies, as needed.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work environment.</span></p>",
