You&#39;ll combine strategic thinking with creative writing to differentiate our offerings in a competitive market.<br /> </p><h2>What You&#39;ll Be Doing<br /> </h2><p><b>Drive Proposal Success</b></p><p>Collaborate with proposal managers and sales leaders to develop persuasive, differentiated proposal content that wins business. Conduct thorough market and therapeutic area research to ensure proposals are informed, relevant, and compelling. Contribute strategic insights to planning meetings—identifying client needs, recommending study approaches, and ensuring feasible, high-quality solutions. Own the proposal development process from strategy through delivery, managing timelines and ensuring all stakeholders are aligned.<br /> </p><p><b>Master Contract Development</b></p><p>Partner with contract specialists to develop clear, compelling contract language that protects Parexel while meeting client expectations. Navigate complex contractual requirements and MSAs with confidence. Identify potential issues early and work collaboratively to resolve them before signature.<br /> </p><p><b>Build Organizational Excellence</b></p><p>Maintain and enhance our proposal and contract templates, ensuring they&#39;re current and accessible. Contribute to case studies and thought leadership materials. Share lessons learned with the team to continuously improve our processes. Mentor and support junior team members as you grow into a leadership role.<br /> </p><h2>Who You Are<br /> </h2><p><b>Experienced</b>: You bring very strong proposal and/or contract management experience from a CRO or similar organization.</p><p><b>Detail-Oriented</b>: You have an exceptional eye for accuracy and quality, with strong organizational skills that let you juggle multiple priorities seamlessly.</p><p><b>Strategic Communicator</b>: You write with clarity and impact, crafting language that resonates with clients and differentiates our solutions.</p><p><b>Global Mindset</b>: You understand the nuances of clinical research across different regions and cultures, with experience working in multinational environments.</p><p><b>Team Player</b>: You&#39;re confident collaborating across all levels, from frontline staff to senior executives, and you thrive in a supportive, team-oriented environment.</p><p><b>Tech-Savvy</b>: You&#39;re proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), design tools, and database systems.<br /> </p><h2>What We&#39;re Looking For</h2><p>Bachelor&#39;s degree in Life Science, Communication, Design, Business, or equivalent field.
