Description We are looking for a talented Agile Product Manager to join our team specializing in Systems/Information Technology for our Corporate organization in Columbus, IN. In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways: Act as the voice of the customer by deeply understanding customer needs, personas, and user problems, ensuring solutions deliver real market and business value. Apply portfolio and program‑level strategy by aligning product decisions with strategic themes, the Portfolio Canvas, Lean Budgets, and Guardrails. Own and manage the Program Backlog and Kanban flow, ensuring features are prioritized, transparent, well‑defined, and continuously ready for execution. Lead Program Increment (PI) planning by presenting product vision, approving PI objectives, assigning business value, and determining release timing based on delivered value. Partner with System and Solution Architecture to understand enablers, influence sequencing decisions, and balance technical and business priorities. Build and lead a strong Product Management/Product Owner team while fostering trusted relationships across the organization to consistently deliver business outcomes.
