    "requisitionDescription": "<div><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\" data-pasted=\"true\"><strong>Counter UAS</strong><strong>&nbsp;&ndash; Lead Engineer</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Location:</strong> Gilbert, AZ</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Summary</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Advanced Technology Systems Company (ATSC) is seeking an experienced and highly strategic <strong>Counter UAS - Lead Engineer&nbsp;</strong>to lead the technical efforts on our Counter UAS programs and initiatives in Gilbert, AZ. This leader will oversee end‑to‑end technical/engineering aspects of executing innovation and developmental efforts supporting Counter UAS programs and initiatives.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">The Counter UAS-Lead Engineer leads the development, testing, and deployment of systems designed to detect, track, identify, and mitigate unmanned aerial threats. The position plays a key leadership role on a multidisciplinary Counter UAS team with responsibility to evaluate multi-sensor modalities, counter-measures, providing technical authority to bridge engineering teams with operational stakeholders for national security. Working cross-functionally with Program Management, Operations, Business Development, and Engineering Leadership, this leader ensures alignment between Counter UAS Engineering efforts and ATSC&rsquo;s programmatic objectives.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">System Architecture &amp; Design: Define and drive RF/Electrical system architectures and rapid prototyping efforts. Ensure modularity and compliance with open architecture standards.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Technology Integration: Integrate commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) and custom component sensors&mdash;including radars, EO/IR (Electro-Optical/Infrared), active/passive RF, and acoustic sensors.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Testing &amp; Evaluation: Plan and execute field assessments, write test plans, and analyze data to evaluate the performance of layered cUAS defenses.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Cross-Functional Leadership: Oversee multidisciplinary teams (Software, Aero, Electrical, Mechanical, and Systems Engineering) and coordinate with program managers and customers.&nbsp;</li></ul></div><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Education:</strong> Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Aerospace, Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or Computer Science or equivalent.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Technical Expertise:</strong> Deep understanding of RF systems (radars, jammers, High Power Microwave) and UAV/UAS flight vehicle development.
