We’re seeking a skilled <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Legal Case Manager </span>to join our team. In this role, you’ll guide clients through their legal journey — coordinating case progression, preparing documentation, and ensuring an outstanding client experience from start to finish. Strong English communication skills are essential for success in this role.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing professional and timely updates through phone and email.</li>\n<li>Guide clients through each stage of their case, explaining processes clearly and maintaining strong communication.</li>\n<li>Conduct case reviews to ensure eligibility and confirm that all necessary information and documentation have been obtained.</li>\n<li>Organize and maintain case files, ensuring that all client information and legal documents are accurate, complete, and up-to-date.</li>\n<li>Coordinate appointments, legal deadlines, and follow-ups to move cases forward efficiently.</li>\n<li>Draft, prepare, and assist in filing legal documents to support attorneys and streamline case handling.</li>\n<li>Deliver exceptional customer service by building trust, addressing concerns, and maintaining client satisfaction throughout the legal process.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong English communication skills (C1 level), both verbal and written.<br></li>\n<li>Must be bilingual — fluent in both English and Spanish.</li>\n<li>At least 2 years of customer service experience, demonstrating excellent listening, empathy, and problem-solving abilities.</li>\n<li>Previous experience as an Case Manager or similar role in a U.S. law Firm or U.S company.</li>\n<li>Previous experience specifically in Lemon Law or related legal case management is a huge plus.</li>\n<li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).</li>\n<li>Experience with Hubspot and/or Filevine is a huge plus.</li>\n<li>Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.</li>\n<li>Ability to work independently from a home office, with a stable and fast internet connection and a quiet, professional environment.</li>\n<li>Legal industry experience is preferred but not mandatory.</li>\n<li><span>Must have a laptop or desktop computer with the following minimum specifications: 8GB RAM, Core i5 processor or higher.
