This role manages crews, coordinates equipment and materials, ensures quality workmanship, </span><span>maintains</span><span> job site safety, and keeps projects on schedule from excavation through final completion.</span></span><span> </span></p>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span><span>What<span> </span></span><span>You’ll</span><span><span> </span>Build:</span></span></span><span> </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Supervise and lead pool installation crews on active job sites, coordinating daily schedules, </span><span>manpower</span><span>, and project activities</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Read and interpret pool plans, layouts, and construction drawings to oversee all phases — excavation, steel, plumbing, electrical prep, concrete, and finishing</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Ensure all work meets company standards, safety regulations, and local codes; conduct quality control inspections throughout each phase</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Operate and oversee use of construction equipment and tools</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Communicate professionally with project managers, subcontractors, suppliers, and homeowners</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Monitor material usage, </span><span>maintain</span><span> organized job sites, and troubleshoot field issues proactively</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Train and mentor crew members to improve performance and workmanship</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Maintain </span><span>accurate</span><span> daily job logs, progress updates, and safety documentation</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span><span>*This is an outdoor construction environment. Role requires frequent standing, lifting, bending, and equipment operation.
