Join ASPiRE! as a Senior Service Coordinator and make a difference in the lives of individuals by fostering independence and growth while mentoring a dedicated team. Pay: $22.50hr Benefits for Full-time employees: Health Insurance: Offered through Blue Cross Blue Shield , with generous company contribution. Enhanced Retirement Plan: 25% - 33% Employer match based on tenure. Student Loan Assistance: Consolidation, counseling, & limited employer contribution! Program Oversight: Act as the site’s contact person in the absence of management, ensuring smooth operations and program integrity. Community Engagement: Collaborate with families, guardians, and external agencies to promote individual progress in home, work, and community settings. Qualifications Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree preferred. 1-3 years of related experience, including staff supervision and case management. Valid standard driver’s license (Class C or D). Skills & Knowledge: Expertise in activity planning, behavior management, and therapeutic techniques. Strong understanding of person-centered planning and daily living assistance. Ability to foster independence, choice, and growth in a respectful and culturally appropriate manner. Familiarity with Seven Hills Foundation policies and procedures and program-specific regulations.
